Notice pursuant to Section 3 (2) of the German Securities Institutions Act (WpIG)
New Horizon is a tied agent within the meaning of Sect. 3 (2) of the German Securities Institutions Act (WpIG) and acts exclusively on behalf of and under the liability of the securities instiution Concedus GmbH, Nuremberg, when brokering financial instuments (securities, asset and capital investments, etc.).
New Horizon GmbH has been notified to the German Federal Financial Supervisory Authority (Bundesanstalt für Finanzdienstleistungsaufsicht – BaFin) as a tied agent of CONCEDUS GmbH and has been entered in the BaFin register – contractually bound intermediaries under register number 80174023.

Crypto-asset services under MiCAR
Crypto-asset services within the meaning of Regulation (EU) 2023/1114 on markets in crypto-assets (MiCAR), including, in particular, the reception and transmission of orders for crypto-assets on behalf of clients pursuant to Article 3(1), point (16)(g), MiCAR, are not provided by New Horizon GmbH in its capacity as a tied agent.
CONCEDUS GmbH is the responsible crypto-asset service provider and contractual counterparty for these services. It provides these services directly and under its own regulatory responsibility as an investment firm pursuant to a notification made under Article 60(3) MiCAR.
The appointment of New Horizon GmbH as a tied agent pursuant to section 3(2) WpIG does not extend to crypto-asset services governed by MiCAR.
